About The Position

Country Rising Music Festival 2026 - Friday May 29th is seeking energetic, reliable, and experienced bartenders to join our event team at Franklin Field in Franklin, WI. Bartenders will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and responsible alcohol service to festival guests while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous bartending experience required (high-volume or festival experience preferred)
• Valid ID and ability to obtain or hold a Wisconsin alcohol service permit (e.g., Responsible Beverage Server Training)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, sun, crowds, noise)
• Reliable transportation to and from Franklin Field
• Must be available for the full scheduled festival shift. Open to close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently in a high-volume festival environment
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with Wisconsin alcohol laws
• Accurately process cashless transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Follow all festival policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests
• Work collaboratively with bar backs, supervisors, and event staff
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown as needed
