About The Position

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience or relevant training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage trends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper sanitation practices.
