Grille House Bartender (Part-Time & Full-Time) Champions Retreat Golf Club | Evans, GA Champions Retreat Golf Club is seeking Grille House Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is ideal for energetic, hospitality-driven bartenders who enjoy crafting quality beverages, engaging with members, and delivering an elevated bar experience in a high-volume clubhouse setting. Position Overview As a Grille House Bartender, you are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through polished service, beverage knowledge, and consistent execution. You will serve as both a hospitality professional and a brand ambassador for Champions Retreat while maintaining speed, accuracy, and composure during peak service.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Willingness to learn and uphold elevated service standards
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior bartending experience preferred (club, restaurant, or high-volume bar a plus)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
Engage guests with a friendly, professional, and confident service style
Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus, features, and club offerings
Accurately process orders and handle transactions
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar
Follow responsible alcohol service standards and club policies
Communicate effectively with servers and culinary teams to support smooth service
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism
