Bartender
About The Position
Looking for an upbeat, positive personality who has the skills to create cocktails and provide top tier service. You will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers and be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers' needs and expectations, including Brand Standards. You will also work closely with kitchen staff to promote specials and Brand signature menu options. The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and ensure they receive a great experience at the bar or lounge. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
