About The Position
We are currently hiring a Bartender at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats. The Bartender provides excellent, interactive, and educational service as well as helps customers engage with the brands through alcohol sales.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have bartender experience with all necessary bartender licensing if required by state law
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Hospitality experience
Responsibilities
- Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving our products
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first attitude
- Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests
- Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a lead brand ambassador
- Convey knowledge about the brand and the ability to educate customers
- Conduct cash handling and sales through POS inventory system
