Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
1+ years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
minimum 21 years of age
Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Previous Bartender experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Knowledge of mixed liquor's and ale's soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages.
Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.
Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports.
Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
