Requirements

• 1-2 years' previous Bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible, dependable, and a team player.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in California.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including replenishing supplies and restocking inventory.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including verifying the legal drinking age of guests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
