Requirements
- Age 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS / TEAM certification or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine & spirits + standard recipes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and move comfortably in tight quarters
- Schedule flexibility - nights, weekends, holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Greet each guest warmly and take beverage orders
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and menus
- Deliver exceptional, friendly, efficient service at all times
- Support and contribute to a team environment with fellow bartenders, barbacks and leadership
