About The Position

We are currently hiring a full time Bartender in Rehoboth Beach, DE at Chesapeake & Maine. The Bartender provides excellent, interactive, and educational service as well as helps customers engage with the brands through alcohol sales. What You'll Brew: Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving our products Provide excellent customer service with a customer first attitude Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a lead brand ambassador Convey knowledge about the brand and the ability to educate customers Conduct cash handling and sales through POS inventory system What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must have bartender experience with all necessary bartender licensing if required by state law Preferred Qualifications: CPR/First Aid certified Hospitality experience Level: 10 In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $4.25 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift. Requirements
