The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and delivering exceptional guest service at the bars at our off-site restaurant. Requirements

Previous bartending experience required
Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
Strong guest service and multitasking skills
SERV Safe certification and bartender license required
Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
Bartender license for Wisconsin Dells area required

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area
Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions
Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
