As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude, as well as following guidelines for legal and responsible service of alcohol. Duties of this position will include taking orders, suggestive selling, making drinks using recipes, receiving money and accurately counting back change, being responsible for all cash issued and received at your register during your shift, and counting down the drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy. A qualified applicant must be 21 years of age, have excellent communication skills, able to lift 15-25 pounds, and stand for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
