About The Position
JOB SUMMARY Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers (food servers, cocktail waitresses). HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner while taking their drink order Prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware Serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner Keep the bar clean and organized Direct beverage attendants Correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change Answer guest questions about the property and events Monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and intoxication level Ensure responsible serving only to guests 21 and older (carding, don’t over-serve) Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned
