About The Position

At Acqua Bistecca, the Bartender is more than a drink maker—they are a storyteller, a host, and a craftsperson. Responsible for delivering impeccable cocktails, warm hospitality, and an engaging guest experience, the Bartender embodies our standards of excellence while fostering connection at the bar. This role requires creativity, precision, and a passion for elevating every moment, ensuring each guest feels both welcomed and inspired.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills
• Expansive food and beverage knowledge
• Experience in beverage recipe development and staff education
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
