Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Consistently adhere to laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting 15-20 pounds
• Able to maintain a high level of energy and efficiency for shifts lasting up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve patrons courteously, swiftly, and efficiently, always maintaining a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Adhering to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol.
• Taking orders, engaging in suggestive selling, and crafting drinks according to specific recipes.
• Handling financial transactions, which entails accurately receiving money, giving back change, and being accountable for all cash managed at your register during your shift.
• Counting down the cash drawer to ensure all totals are accurate.

Benefits

• Competitive Pay-$5.62 per hour plus tips. If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your pay will be adjusted so you make at least minimum wage.
