About The Position

As a Bartender at Felipe’s, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, high-energy guest experience. You’ll prepare hand-squeezed margaritas and cocktails, maintain a clean and organized bar, and deliver fast, friendly service.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working as part of a team, and keeping the energy high behind the bar.

Requirements

• Bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Team-first attitude and positive energy
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid Responsible Vendor permit (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve margaritas, cocktails, and beverages to Felipe’s standards
• Deliver outstanding guest service with speed and accuracy
• Follow all Steps of Service and bar procedures
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Monitor freshness and quality of all bar products (including fresh juices)
• Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions
• Assist with bar prep, restocking, and cleaning duties
• Work closely with the team to support smooth service during peak hours
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
