About The Position

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites/On Tap is looking for fun and outgoing people to work on our team as part time Bartenders. We offer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry. Brewhouse team members are passionate about their work and also like to have fun! It’s an “all hands-on deck” kind of environment to get our jobs done. As a Bartender on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Verify identification and age requirements of customers. Take food and drink orders and serve to customers. Mix traditional and creative cocktails per hotel standard drink recipes. Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences. Maintain a clean working area, and wash glassware and utensils. Process payments for customers. Build a rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere. The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: One to two years of previous bartending experience. Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
