Requirements
- You have at least one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- You’re comfortable lifting and carrying heavy items like cases and kegs
- You bring positive energy and strong communication skills to every shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in busy resort bars or event settings
- Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (from craft IPAs to signature spritzes)
- A creative streak—you like trying new drink recipes and seasonal specials
Responsibilities
- Shake, stir, pour, and serve a variety of beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—to guests with style and efficiency
- Create a friendly, fun, and inviting atmosphere at the bar (everyone loves “their bartender”)
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
- Chat with guests, learn their preferences, and recommend the perfect drink to match their mood
- Handle bar inventory and restock supplies like a pro
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines—you know how to have fun and play by the rules
- Help support your team and keep the good vibes flowing
- Be ready to jump into other tasks as needed—because we’re all about teamwork here
