The bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The bartender ensures a welcoming and clean environment, adheres to health and safety standards and enhances the guest experience through knowledgeable and engaging service. Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and quality standards Provide friendly, efficient and personalized customer service to ensure a positive guest experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients and beverage pairings, making recommendations as needed Work as part of a team to support daily operations, including opening and closing duties, restocking supplies and assisting coworkers when needed Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Other duties as assigned
