Solette Seattle is seeking an experienced, guest-focused Bartender to join our elevated rooftop team. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional service. About Us: Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Requirements

Minimum 3+ years bartending experience in a high - volume or upscale setting
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
Confident communicator with a hospitality - first mindset
Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings/weekends
Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications

Responsibilities

Craft and serve creative cocktails, wine, champagne, and non - alcoholic beverages
Deliver warm, professional, guest - centric service from arrival to close
Take orders, upsell with confidence, and manage POS transactions accurately
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory control
Follow responsible alcohol service standards and all safety regulations
