About The Position

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and know your way around a shaker? We’re looking for an upbeat, reliable Bartender to help operate and maintain our Beer Garden, Boncosky Bar Area, and Main Beach Bar during special events and facility rentals this summer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, teamwork, and keeping things running smoothly behind the bar.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience.
  • Current BASSET Certification required.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations.
  • Understanding of state and local liquor laws.
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain cash controls.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and basic office equipment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work early and late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform manual labor with varying levels of physical exertion.
  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling and operating equipment.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in awkward or physically demanding positions.
  • Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/AED Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collect payments and operate the cash register accurately.
  • Ensure all state and local liquor laws are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation codes.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
  • Assist other staff as needed and perform related duties as assigned.
