About The Position

Bartender Provides beverages for full-service bar and beverages for Restaurant guests. Maints proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and service in a quality-focused environment. Job requires food service responsibilities as well.

Requirements

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Experience in a full-service, high-volume bar
Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
Enjoy working with the public
Food Handler Permit

Responsibilities

Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
Good organizational and communication skills
Follows all Beverage Service and State Guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager
