Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year of prior bartending experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service in an unconventional, but super fun bar setting.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar
- Interact professionally with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices
- Work collaboratively with team members, security, and management
