About The Position

A bartender is responsible for preparing beverages for guests and homeowners. They should be highly knowledgeable about a variety of beverages and provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.

Requirements

Must have prior bartending experience and be comfortable with high volume and creating craft cocktails.
Must be able to maintain a clean workspace and remain calm under pressure.
Must maintain a positive attitude and keep in the Premier's culture and non-negotiables.
Must be 21 or older.
Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Already have the ability to undergo SafeServ Certification.
Constant standing over a long period of time.
Be able to lift 40-50lb

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete the opening/closing checklist
Follow the company’s non-negotiables by greeting and welcoming guests
Have knowledge of all food/drink items
Prepare beverages using a wide variety of mixes such as Liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
Paying extreme attention to detail while taking orders from guests
Providing beverages in a timely manner
Provide a positive experience while interacting with guests
Making sure the bar is properly stocked with all necessary items
Clear and Clean assigned area as the guest leaves to be ready to serve the next Guest
Process credit card and room charges through a point-of-sale system
Verifying guests are age-appropriate
Ensure prepared orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Be familiar with Micros computer system
Keeping all surrounding areas clean and sanitized
Set up/Maintain and Break assigned areas as needed
Provide menus for Food
Limit possible problems by restricting alcohol intake when appropriate
