Requirements

• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Alcohol certification required or ability to obtain one
• Maintain an upbeat, outgoing, and positive professional demeanor
• Deliver exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and providing attentive, personalized service
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum of one (1) year of fine dining service experience required
• Possess solid wine knowledge, including proper presentation and basic pairing fundamentals
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
• Consistently demonstrate a team-first mindset, actively supporting teammates, willingly assisting others, and going above and beyond to ensure a “one team, one focus” culture

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the Dining Room
• Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
