Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment preferred
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications or licenses

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours
Upsell and recommend beverages to enhance guest experience
