The Bartender role involves crafting cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. It requires comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to provide expert recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include managing bar inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing signature cocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness, processing payments, training junior staff, and collaborating with other teams for optimal guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Accomplished, professional Bartender
  • Ability to bartend in our restaurant Forum, our special events venues and at our pool bars

Responsibilities

  • Craft and prepare cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to provide expert recommendations to guests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, creating memorable experiences for all patrons
  • Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering with management to ensure optimal product availability
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations at all times
  • Develop and present signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus that reflect the establishment's brand and culinary vision
  • Maintain impeccable bar presentation, cleanliness, and organization to uphold luxury hospitality standards
  • Process cash and electronic payments accurately while reconciling bar sales at the end of each shift
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartending staff to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, service, and management teams to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
