About The Position

The Coral Casino, by Chef Thomas Keller, is located within the iconic and recently restored Montecito social club. Now, for the first time in nearly a century, this historic restaurant and landmark will be open to the public. Located along the picturesque coastline of the Pacific Ocean and Butterfly Beach, it will blend its storied past with a modern approach, featuring Chef Thomas Keller's reimagined Continental cuisine for today's contemporary audience.

Chef Thomas Keller's newest project is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join the team as a  Bartender.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Service: Welcome and serve all guests with responsive, professional, and gracious hospitality.
• Prepare Drinks: Craft beverages following precise recipes and standards.
• Maintain Bar Cleanliness & Stocking: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with liquor, wine, and supplies.
• Engage with Guests: Build rapport with guests through conversation and personalized service, encouraging repeat visits.
