Requirements

Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service that ensures sales and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Execute on the bar service standards: offer a warm welcome, recommend add-ons, personalize the guest’s order, and thank the guest.
Greet and establish rapport with guest, proactively engaging them in conversations about our beverage menu and promotions
Ensure all guests transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintains a warm, welcoming, "Corner Bar" atmosphere.
Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to Guests.
Engages with Guests by making drinks in front of the Guest using working flair.
Knows the menu and how to read each Guest to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations.
Upsells Guests on food or drink items when appropriate.
Keeps a clean, organized bar area.
Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with Guests.
