Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications or licenses

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage orders in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Serve beverages and meals to patrons while adhering to state and federal age regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinate lounge and bar activities to promote a lively and engaging atmosphere
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any special requests or concerns
• Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
• Monitor and control alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking
