About The Position

Regency at Dominion Valley is looking for a friendly, skilled Bartender to join our team! In this role, you’ll be more than just a drink maker—you’ll be a key part of our guest experience, bringing energy, professionalism, and personality to every interaction. Compensation : This role is Part Time $11.00 What You'll Be Doing : Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with consistency and care Engage with residents and guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Accurately handle cash and process transactions Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service What We're Looking For : Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus Why RDV ? Requirements
