About The Position

As a Bartender at our Pool Bar & Café, you’ll craft drinks, know the menu, and keep the bar looking great all while delivering friendly, high-energy service. You’ll help create memorable poolside moments for our guests. Apply today and bring the vibe to the bar!

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportion ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed.
• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‐alcoholic selections available.
• Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in the bar.
