Our chef selects the finest seafood, meats and produce to design the menu. Our team of talented chefs present innovative interpretations of classic dishes nightly. Café Marquesa also has a 6-course tasting menu available which does not disappoint. Located in the heart of Key West’s historic district, The Marquesa Hotel offers a charming retreat that captures the essence of the past, creating a timeless escape that guests will fall in love with and long to revisit. We are currently looking for a part time Bartender with PM availability and fine dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous fine dining and/or elevated cocktail serving experience is required.
