As a Bartender, you will play a key role in driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Requirements
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of cashiering/cash handling experience. Previous bartender experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years of age.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
Nice To Haves
- Previous bartender experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in mixed liquors, ales, sodas, waters, sugars, and other prepared beverages.
- Serve cold beverages such as wine, beer, and sodas, and collect payments for beverages and food served in the lounge area.
- Prepare the bar area with necessary supplies like ice, sliced and pitted fruit for garnishing drinks, etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end-of-shift reports.
- Arrange bottle goods and glasses to create an attractive display, ensuring all bottles are placed according to specifications.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to meet health standards.
