About The Position

Belles Beach House is looking for an experienced, energetic, and service-focused Bartender to join our front-of-house team. As a bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering a vibrant and memorable guest experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing top-tier hospitality in a dynamic, high-volume beachside setting.

Requirements

1–2 years of previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or lounge
Alcohol Awareness Certification and valid Food Handler's Certificate (required or must be obtained upon hire)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to maintain focus and professionalism during high-volume shifts.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and team members with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Deliver full-service hospitality by taking guest orders, making menu suggestions, and anticipating guest needs.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service.
Engage with guests in a warm and courteous manner to create a welcoming and upbeat bar atmosphere.
Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and process payment transactions properly.
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as directed, including bar setup and breakdown.
Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, daily specials, and any dietary/allergy considerations.
Attend pre-shift meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Report any maintenance issues, breakage, or incidents to management immediately.
