About The Position

Friendship Village is looking for a part-time bartender who goes beyond just serving drinks to our residents; someone who enjoys talking with seniors and loves getting to know and build relationships with the people they serve. As a bartender you are responsible for the serving of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, beers and wine, typically no mixed drinks. You will assist with maintaining all aspects of the bar including sufficient inventory and supplies to run effectively, ensure the bar is kept clean and all quality/safety standards are followed; and adhere to all local, state and federal liquor laws. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. May assist with serving and other areas within the Dining team. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending experience preferred
