About The Position

Description DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SOCIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Responsible for fostering a fun environment. Responsibilities

Takes orders from customers or Server.
Inventories supplies at beginning and end of shift.
Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
Collects money for drinks served.
Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
Prepares all daily paperwork at the end of the shift.
Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
Follows prescribed sanitary safeguards in handling all food and cleaning all surfaces.
Will abide by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments and/or job functions.
