Bartender
About The Position
Bartender – Mountain Creek Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager SNOW Partners Mission Statement: “To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.” About Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge facilities. How the Bartender works with the Team: A Bartender will serve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-2 year of Bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Must have knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledgeable in all areas of the bartending field
- Ability to work in a fast, upbeat environment
Responsibilities
- Create new drink menu items that are fun, creative, and trendy
- Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner
- Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
- Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
- Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstation
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists
- Provide a positive team experience, earn customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
