In This Role, You’ll: Set the vibe with positivity and accountability that lifts the whole team. Run training systems with finesse, helping new team members feel like pros. Step up as Manager on Duty when the GM and AGM aren’t around, guiding the crew and keeping things flowing. Keep the front-of-house running smoothly, making every guest feel welcome and safe. Handle beverage inventory, accurately manage food orders, and ensure the bar’s always stocked and ready. Stay sharp on our menu offerings and level up your beverage knowledge. Other duties that keep things exciting and dynamic. What You Bring to the Table: 4+ years of experience in high-volume or guest-focused food service. 1+ years in a leadership role like Lead Bartender, Supervisor, or Corporate Trainer is a plus. Requirements

4+ years of experience in high-volume or guest-focused food service.
A love for cocktails, creativity, and connection with guests.
