About Us: At Napa, we pride ourselves on offering a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on fine wines and excellent cuisine. We have opened our third location in the Carolinas within Exchange Glenwood Place and we're looking for a team of dynamic and enthusiastic bartenders to help create memorable experiences for our guests. What You'll Do: · Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive selection of fine wines. · Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary. · Educate guests on our wine offerings, making recommendations and sharing your passion for wine. · Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition. · Collaborate with our team to develop new drink recipes and improve our beverage menu. What We're Looking For: · A passion for wine and a deep knowledge of different varieties and regions. · Experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. · Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · A creative flair for crafting unique and delicious drinks. · A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service.
