About The Position

Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, and ensure an excellent guest experience. This position requires adherence to all food and beverage regulations and maintaining a well-organized, stocked, and clean bar area.

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation and Service:
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present the bar menu.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check customers’ identification to confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Inventory and Cleanliness:
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the bar is organized, stocked, and clean at all times.
• Compliance:
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
