The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing friendly and knowledgeable bar service, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws. This role performs all FOH Crew, Cashier, and Barista responsibilities, with the added focus on bar operations including mixing cocktails, prepping garnishes, pre-batching beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar. As a Crew Level 4 position, the Bartender plays a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience and representing the Olive & Finch brand.
