About The Position
Voted One of Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2025 Symphony Lounge- Lobby Bar Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Process payments and keep accurate records of transactions. Assist in menu knowledge, promoting specials and signature cocktails.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
- Proficient knowledge of classic cocktails and wine, beer, and spirits.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
- Ability to obtain valid TABC Server Permit within first sixty (60) days of employment
