Requirements

• Previous bartending experience with a strong foundation in mixology and creative drink crafting.
• Familiarity with current trends in mixology and beverage presentation.
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Provide customized drink rmendations based on guests' preferences and menu pairings.
• Maintain an attractive, well-stocked, andanized bar area, ensuring cleanliness andpliance with sanitation standards.
• Engage in casual, friendly conversation with guests, fostering a weing and enjoyable atmosp.
• Operate bar equipment, including mixers, blenders, and espresso machines, with proficiency and care.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all bar supplies are adequately stocked.
• Follow state and local serving guidelines, including age verification and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
