Requirements

0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
0 – 1+ year of similar bartending experience
Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
Open Availability
21 years of Age or older
Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification
High School degree or better

Responsibilities

Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
Deliver drink orders
Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served
Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
Compute bill and accept payments
Track sales receipts
Complete bar inventory log
Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
All other duties as assigned
