Serve alcoholic drinks to guests following standard recipes and policies and procedures. Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Recognize guests that are visibly intoxicated and take action to cut off alcohol service to such individuals. Complete an accurate opening and closing inventory of product. Transport alcohol from location to location. Assure location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event. Arrange bottles to make an attractive display behind the bar. Maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding work areas and utilize proper organization and sanitation techniques and health and safety procedures to meet set standard. Collect payment and reconcile change fund at end of event. Assist in other food and beverage departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.
