Bartender - Tysons Center Maggiano's
About The Position
Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages directly to Guests seated in the bar and cocktail area, and also for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for Guests seated in the cocktail area and dining room. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered 'casual dining' and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes helping others through special events and supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Bartenders, aims to make Guests feel special in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

- Preparing and serving beverages directly to Guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- Preparing beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for Guests seated in the cocktail area and dining room
