The Bartender works closely with the front-of-house team and leadership to ensure a seamless bar experience, maintaining high standards in beverage preparation, guest engagement, and overall bar operations—while upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and service philosophy. Requirements

1+ year of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, creating a welcoming bar experience
Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits
Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization are maintained at all times
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
Process orders and handle transactions accurately
