As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Passion for hospitality and guest connection
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment/utensils and restocking supplies.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
