About The Position

We're looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Bartenders to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Passion for hospitality and guest connection
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment/utensils and restocking supplies.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
