As a Bartender at The Tavern Grill, you'll be the heart of our beverage service, crafting an array of drinks from classic cocktails to innovative creations. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing friendly and efficient service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment
• Flexible schedule availability (minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends)
• Previous bartending experience is required
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Craft a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and original creations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Manage inventory and restock bar supplies.
• Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Collaborate with other staff members for seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on current trends in beverages and mixology.
