About The Position
The Bartender position at Reefhouse Resort & Marina in Key Largo, Florida involves providing exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests at our bar. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as handling cash transactions and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
